Hey, I’m Harshit

I like messy problems.
They usually hide the best products.

I’m a generalist and builder who happens to be a product manager at heart. I ask too many questions, form opinions, and turn the useful ones into things people can actually use.

The work story

A career built by following my curiosity.

From market research to AI products, each stop taught me a different way to understand a problem before rushing to solve it.

People I’ve built alongside

A few kind words from people I’ve worked with.

Things on my desk

Two products, currently in the messy middle.

Side projects are where I get to be the PM, designer, sceptical user and mildly impatient engineer—all before dinner.

Work in progress

Cards Stack

A simpler way to find the right combination of credit cards for how you actually spend—not how reward pages assume you spend.

Work in progress

CouchCash

A personal finance manager that makes knowing where your money went feel less like homework and more like a useful conversation.

The toolkit

I’m loyal to the problem, not the tool.

Some days call for a warehouse query, some for a prototype, and some for a suspiciously detailed spreadsheet. These are the tools I reach for most often.

Before the product and tech stuff

The most important thing I found at BITS was ambition.

I arrived to study Chemistry and Civil Engineering. More than either degree, it was the people—curious, hungry and always building something—who changed my sense of what was possible and raised the bar I set for myself.

When the laptop closes

I’m probably following a game—or going somewhere.

Outside work, I watch an unreasonable amount of sport, keep music playing through most of the day, game when I can, and travel whenever a calendar and a cheap flight agree with each other.

The footnotes

Good products start with a conversation.

If you’re building something interesting, hiring for a product team, or simply disagree with one of my opinions—I’d love to hear from you.
